If you can see your path laid out in front of you step by step, you know it’s not your path. Your own path you make with every step you take. That’s why it’s your path.-—Joseph Campbell

Harnessing the Energy

Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. —Albert Einstein

“You’re at the crossroads,” my brother, who makes his living playing the blues, tells me as we’re eating breakfast at the neighborhood grill.

Yeah, that makes sense.  I am buzzing with things to do and doubts about my ability to do them.  Standing still doesn’t seem to be an option.  When I leave the restaurant I feel more positively focused.  My energy and intent is channeled into just doing what needs to be done and not on imaginary fears.

The day went well.

I wake this morning to more buzzing.  Fear not, I tell myself.  It’s just energy ready for another exciting day.

  1. Dream a little and then write them on paper,,, keep this paper in your pocket and try forgetting about it….. Soon you will realize that you ate stepping steadily towards the aim…

  2. Fear and excitement feel the same in the belly…just need to keep telling the head that!

  3. Just love the quote, he really was a genius hey. Very empowering, thanks for sharing:-)
