    It does coincide with my pondering just now.

  2. The secret is not to judge or vacate our judgment as quickly as possible. Focus on the breath and observe the stimulus without judging it. The landscape will clear and this moment appears in its entirety.

    this moment is all we have so it is almost miraculous the shift that occurs.
