With days full of information and experiences I find myself going to bed earlier and sleeping deeper through the night. In the morning I’m rested and ready to begin again. I can also remember several dream segments more clearly.
Is this a way I am now processing? Have I been learning to do this all along? Were those restless nights trying to teach me something? And the days of being lost in dreams?
I have no real answers. Sigh. Just another phenomenon to observe in myself and how it connects to the world around me.
