If you can see your path laid out in front of you step by step, you know it’s not your path. Your own path you make with every step you take. That’s why it’s your path.-—Joseph Campbell

On Beginning Again

Begin today. Declare out loud to the universe that you are willing to let go of struggle and eager to learn through joy.  Sarah Ban Breathnach

The grace to be a beginner is always the best prayer for an artist. The beginner’s humility and openness lead to exploration. Exploration leads to accomplishment. All of it begins at the beginning, with the first small and scary step.  Julia Cameron

Be willing to be a beginner every single morning.  Meister Eckhart

Whatever you do or dream you can do – begin it. Boldness has genius and power and magic in it.  Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

So today on this first day of spring I pick up my notebook, the one with the beginnings of my book. I’ve stayed away for a week. Scared? Collecting ideas? Staying busy? Maybe.

I really don’t know what I’m doing. I’m just trusting this little something inside of me that seems to know what it wants:)
